RETURNS, EXCHANGE&REFUND POLICY



Please choose your pieces carefully as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances.

Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item.

All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping.   




[Exchange & Returns]


We ask for your careful examination of the products prior to your purchase (color, size).

Any request for exchanges or refunds must be made to our Customer Service Center / Notice Board within 3 days upon receiving the package, with reasons.

We are not responsible for any shipping fees for exchanges/returns due to a 'charge of mind'.

Any request for exchanges for another item will be deemed as a change of mind.

However, we will be responsible for shipping fees for any exchanges/returns due to flaws in our products or mistakes made by Haesoo.L.

 Please include the order number in the returning parcel so that we can easily identify the order returned.



-Precautions on Exchange & Returns-


Please note that even defective/incorrect items must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact.

The item must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

Products that are scratched/damaged may also not be exchanged/returned if they have been worn.

Please note that we may not be able to process refunds for lost packages.

Exchanges / returns for handmade jewelry may not be accepted as they will not be able to be re-sold. We kindly ask for your careful consideration upon purchasing.



[Refunds]


Refunds are issued once the returned products pass our inspection.

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.

Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
